The agreements cover security cooperation, including air defense with Harmattan AI and the security of French military equipment, as well as youth, research and innovation, a partnership with the French development agency, a gas supply contract between the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity and TotalEnergies and cooperation in civil aviation.
