Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak says four oil facilities, three refineries and one gas chemical complex were hit again today, with only minor damage to one plant since Russian air defenses held up.
Novak says the strikes stopped for a while but resumed today, and Russia's cabinet plans to extend the diesel export ban until the end of January 2027, with some exceptions for global markets.
