A massive drone strike hit the Novosibirsk refinery, with confirmed damage and flash fires: outside ELOU-AVT-9 and ELOU-AVT-11 units, storage tanks and two secondary processing complexes, according to DroneBomber.
Other fire sites are still difficult to locate due to the limited footage, but the picture may become clearer as more images surface online.
The refinery is one of the most powerful in the Volga region, with a design capacity of approximately 8 to 8.5 million tons of oil per year, supplying both civilian and agricultural fuel needs as well as Russian military fuel including jet fuel, specialty lubricants and diesel.
