The Office of the President of Finland reported that the leaders of Finland and Norway had a telephone conversation with Putin regarding the end of the war in Ukraine. Before that, Alexander Staub and Jonas Gahr Stora consulted with Kyiv and were supposed to convey Ukraine's position for possible trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi.
