Zelensky says that Russia will close the roads out of Oleshki so that people will head towards Russia and stay there. The mission begins on October 27th. He expects that some of the residents will be evacuated to the territory controlled by Ukraine in any case, and says that the main thing is to lift the blockade so that they can survive.
