The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajic, confirmed the arrest of the Russian propagandist Zavinchuk, aka Rivar, and said that "the institutions are doing their job, Montenegro is protecting its interests, and no one will be able to threaten our European future."
Police found drones and other digital equipment on him and his wife, calling it a national security threat. Montenegro has an extradition treaty with the US, which offers a $10 million reward for Zavinchuk.
Before his arrest, River boasted in his last message that the "f****** idiot" Border Patrol failed to check him against the database.
Before his arrest, River recorded a video calling Russians in Montenegro "terrorists", though not all of them, because he "got in somehow".
