At around 6:00 am, Russia launched a missile attack on Priluki, Chernihiv Oblast. One missile hit a five-story residential building. At this point, the bodies of three children were found under the rubble, and the death toll rose to nine people. Another 38 people were injured, including seven minors. The rescue forces are working on the scene.
