Dnipro Osint analysts say this morning a Liutyi drone strike caused damage to the Perm oil refinery, with at least three fire spots recorded.

One is in the AVT-5 unit, which is reported to provide about 34% of the plant's primary processing capacity, and another fire appears in an area believed to be related to processing tube racks.
