Zelensky stated that the "anchoring agreements" are no longer considered a subject of negotiations. According to him, the intention is specifically for Russia's demands to recognize the regions of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk, as well as the occupied parts of Kherson and Zaporizhia, as Russian territory.
