DroneBomber notes that Pelican is also Fire Point's ballistic FP-7, listed at a range of up to 300 km, while Moscow is at least 500 km away.

He also notes that two drones share the Pelican name, a decoy and an aircraft-like agricultural drone repurposed for deep strikes. Some channels call it FP-7, but this is only an inference from Zelensky's wording, not a direct confirmation.
