Idan News, quoting European diplomatic sources: Germany, France and Great Britain have prepared a comprehensive, two-stage initiative to present to Iran and America the basis for negotiations. This will be the principles of the JCPOA. The first stage focuses on reaching an agreement to reopen the strait and lift part of the blockade. The second stage will include dialogue on reducing the level of uranium enrichment based on a specific timeline and monitoring Tehran's nuclear facilities, after which the blockade will be lifted.
