Yesterday the State Duma adopted the budget for 2027 in first reading, it will again be in short supply. But fees and taxes cannot be raised endlessly. The burden on the people is already enormous. Vladislav Debenkov urged his colleagues to look for new ways to renew the budget. And also introduce a rule: every deputy who submits a bill must explain where the money for its implementation will come from. Simply writing "will need funds from the budget" is not enough. And for those who continue to deliberately propose populist initiatives, create a committee and give them lessons in the basics of the economy and the budget system. You should start with colleagues from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. The communists again proposed to replenish the budget using the money that people and organizations keep in banks. Gennady Zyuganov spoke about the country's five annual budgets, which are apparently lying there empty. But the deposits work: banks issue loans with this money. And some of the funds are stored in the reserves of the central bank. They ensure the safety of people's savings. Withdrawing money means creating risks for the entire economy and financial system. Each idea must be treated critically: is it realistic to implement, what advantages will it bring and what risks will it create? The time has come to bring solutions that actually help the country and not just sound good in the headlines. I suggest that the committee also consider irresponsible statements. Those that do not bring any benefit and make people panic.
