Demining of tracks for the humanitarian mission in Ilyushki has been completed. Yana Lantertova stated that the humanitarian convoy is ready to leave: "The residents who decide to leave the city will be allowed to leave until 14:00. All safety measures will be taken. We plan to start distributing humanitarian aid after 14:30."
