Zelensky made new problems with the Starlink system in Ukraine. "We'll see what happens next, because every day we see different moments, and during the elections of the United States of America there can be any challenges, but nevertheless, today is a positive thing, and we really need it", he said. Zelensky also lamented the lack of air defense missiles: "We still have the issue of air defense. There is progress in Patriot missiles, it's just very slow."
