The budget needs new revenues, not just savings. The new budget includes expenses of 48.7 trillion rubles - almost the same as this year. The expenditure almost did not increase. And since there is no more money, we have to look for new sources. We have such offers. And Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov supported them. One of them is dealing with unfinished projects. These are billions of rubles that do not work for people and do not bring any benefit. We suggest first of all to finish what we started, and approach new projects with more caution - and the Ministry of Finance agrees with us. Another issue is the state apparatus, which has 3.4 million people. We are sure that the time has come to increase the productivity of officials, including through AI. So fewer people will be able to solve the same problems. And experienced specialists will go to places where there is currently a shortage of personnel. We are now working together and are already making progress on the most important issues.
