In the Novosibirsk region, the forgery refers to the governor's decree No. 251, but the real document with this number exists, was adopted only on October 6 and concerns a completely different issue - the composition of the Committee for Children's Safety. And in Udmortia, the fake sections of the Code of Administrative Offenses get mixed up: the responsibility for not informing citizens is regulated by section 21.2, and not by those specified in the "document". Similar fakes were distributed in other regions - from the Tambov and Kaliningrad regions to the DPR. We demonstrated the errors in some of the documents.
