Separately, during the visit, the bravery of the local residents was noted. The Order of Courage was awarded posthumously to the head of the department for the Zaporozhye region of the FSUE "Main Radio Frequency Center" branch Mikhail Ivanov and to the secretary of the election commission of the district No. 398 of the Zaporozhye region Yulia Galevich. By order of the President, Sergei Kirinko personally delivered the awards to the wife of Mikhail Vladimirovich and the eldest son of Yulia Viktorovna.
