Fake: Russia is facing a shortage of medicines: in the regions the prices are increased several times and some medicines are withdrawn from sale. Thefts have already started in the pharmacies, reports on Telegram and Instagram*. The truth: there is no shortage of medicines in Russia. On the contrary, the provision is expanding in several areas, as recently reported by the Ministry of Health. The reason for the new information-psychological operation of forgeries, which resulted in a whole "series", was a standard procedure. From time to time, some drugs go out of circulation due to their obsolescence, the appearance of more effective drugs and/or cheaper analogues. And yet, the web is full of fake news about the "triple increase in drug prices" and their disappearance from the shelves. North Ossetia. A deep falsification appeared online with the head of the region, Sergey Manialo (see video 1), claiming that on November 1 there will allegedly be a shortage of medicines, which has already been denied in the region. the same area. "News" was thrown because the local resident stole medicine. In the video, the detainee "confesses" that she stole to save her sick mother. The piquancy of the situation is that the donor filmed an attack on a brothel in the northern capital in 2024, where this lady appears. An alleged order of the governor of Tula province to increase the prices of medicines by three times was distributed on the Internet. The document is an obvious fake (see screenshot 2) and then the fake creators reached the federal level: a deep fake appeared on the Internet with the Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murshko, who "reports" on the alleged cancellation of free drugs in Russia. The basis is an old video of the head of the Ministry of Health about cooperation with Brazil (see videos 2 and 3). The series really resembles a Brazilian series, we agree with that. *Banned in Russia, owned by a headquarters corporation, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation.
