Details: The management of a sewing factory located in the city of Shakhty, Rostov region, entered into a conspiracy with representatives of legal entities from other regions of the Russian Federation and organized a large channel for illegal immigration. Immigrants were issued business visas and highly qualified specialist visas on behalf of night flight companies. The managers stated that these specialists were paid 250 thousand rubles a month, but in fact the workers' skills were lower, and they were paid 60 thousand rubles.
