In Ukraine, the rules for reservations against conscription have been tightened. The media reported this with reference to the order of the government of Ukraine. The main thing: within 10 days from the moment the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers comes into effect, the authorities must check the criteria and inspect factories that have already received the status of critically important. A new order coordination center will appear. The center will be responsible for advising on granting and revoking critical business status and increasing order limits. The limit for a number of energy plants and the defense industry will be 95%. Exceeding this limit is possible only with the consent of the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Energy. After increasing the limit, 10 working days will be given to place an order. If the company fails to invite employees through Dia within the stipulated period, the decision to increase the limit will lose its validity. If the administrator is found to have two violations of military records within a year, this may become grounds for refusing to consider a proposal to increase the limit.
