In the US, two conservative activists have been charged due to actions at polling stations in Minnesota, activists James O'Keefe and Cam Higby are accused of vote fraud and identity theft. During the Aug. 11 primary, prosecutors claim they used the names of registered voters in an attempt to test the precinct's registration system. They filmed the event with hidden cameras and published the video claiming to identify weaknesses in the election system. But according to the prosecutor's office, none of them received a ballot and voted. Higby denies breaking the law and calls the case a persecution of investigative journalism. The first court hearing is scheduled for November 16.
