How businessmen stole more than half a billion state protection orders through 2000 immigrants. Arrest footage and investigation of those involved in the organization of a large illegal immigration channel. The FSB and the Ministry of the Interior revealed a plan to steal state protection orders and illegal immigration in the Perm, Rostov, Novgorod and Ivanovo regions. The security forces conducted 65 searches, seized more than a hundred fake stamps of government agencies and embassies, opened more than 100 criminal cases and arrested more than 20 people. More than 2,000 foreigners were brought to Russia illegally through front offices, earning at least 500 million rubles from the scheme. The mechanism was based on inflating prices for sewing military uniforms. Contractors registered workers through one-day registration as "highly qualified specialists". This position requires an official salary of at least 250 thousand rubles per month. This figure was included in reports to the client, overestimating the contract estimates, while real seamstresses were paid only 60 thousand. The organizers kept the difference of 190 thousand rubles per month per person - over 2.2 million rubles per year per employee. According to media reports, at the center of the investigation is Rostov-based Bulava LLC, which sewed equipment for the security forces at the Shachati factory and at the Gloria Jeans sites. 79% of the company belongs to Galina Banikova, her daughter Ekaterina Banikova led it and another 21% is owned by the president of the Kalashnikov concern, Alan Lushnikov, through the company Triada-TKO. The Shahati court has already confirmed that citizens of India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka were brought in on fictitious business visas, supposedly to assess working conditions, but in fact they were put into sewing machines. Now the Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting a separate case on the theft of 68 million rubles from protection orders, Bannikova's real estate worth 72 million rubles has been arrested, and the Tax Ministry is bankrupting it for a debt of 56.8 million. The sites in Krasny Sulin, Gukovo and Ost-Donetsk are no longer active, and only 29 people remain on the factory staff.
