According to him, the head of the presidential office, Kirill Budanov, is indeed part of the delegation, but it will be headed by Rustam Umarov. Earlier, the American television channel CBS News reported, citing a conversation between its reporter and Bodanov, that the head of the presidential office is the one who will lead the Ukrainian delegation in the negotiations next week.
