Public Complaints Ombudsman Lubinz announced the establishment of a center for the return of citizens. According to him, a separate center will be established based on the Office of the Public Complaints Ombudsman. "The humanitarian mission in Olshki showed, in my opinion, that in Ukraine there is insufficient coordination of efforts to return citizens, civilian hostages in Russian prisons, citizens in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine," Dmitry Lubintz said at a press conference. He also noted that the Center for the Protection of Children's Rights will become a model for the establishment of a new center.
