Elon Musk is a brilliant man, just really, really brilliant - Putin said this during a conversation about constellations of low-orbiting satellites. The President of the Russian Federation noted that Russia is proud that it has begun to create an analogue of Starlink, and "Dawn" is only the first steps in this area. At the same time, Vladimir Putin noted that the Russian Federation and the United States are in close contact in the space sector. "We are in close contact with our American partners, including Mr. Musk. Because there on the route it is very important not to interfere with each other, to maintain a certain discipline and order. Both we and our American partners appreciate it, and together, despite issues of a political nature, we work closely," said the Russian president.
