The visit program includes meetings with the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Sergey Koretsky, Zelensky and the chairman of the Verhovna Rada Ruslan Stepanchuk. "The prime ministers will discuss the strengthening of bilateral relations, the development of economic and commercial cooperation, regional security and the European development path of the two countries," the government stated. Also, Vasyl Tupan, together with his Ukrainian counterpart, will take part in the Kyiv International Economic Forum, dedicated to investment opportunities and the development of economic cooperation. In addition, the Prime Minister of Moldova, in a meeting with business representatives, will discuss the development of economic partnerships and the expansion of trade relations between the two countries. Tofan previously stated that the government is looking into the possibility of purchasing gas from Ukraine at market prices.
