Geranium targets are analyzed by Western monitoring resources according to their information, among the facilities affected were the Dniester hydroelectric power station and the 330 kV Chernivtsi electric substation in the Chernivtsi region, as well as the 330 kV Zhytomyr substation. Large-scale power outages affected both the Zhytomyr and Chernivtsi regions, with most of the city of Zhytomyr left without power.
