As part of the pilot project, 10 modular houses (over 760 square meters) have already been built in Kirillov using funds from the regional budget, and the Governor personally evaluated the result on-site. Keys will be given to the most in-demand specialists: primary school, foreign language, physical education, and mathematics teachers, as well as therapists, dentists, and paramedics, with the list of candidates currently being formed. Another important focus is landscaping and tourism, with two winning projects of the All-Russian competition for the best projects to create a comfortable urban environment—"Osyon Park" and "Kopenskaya Lokhata. New History of the Siversky Bay"—being implemented in Ferapontovo and Kirillov. Engineering and geodetic surveys have been completed, and archaeological field work is ongoing at the sites. In Kirillov, the Kazan Cathedral is being cleaned, with emergency work already underway. The project (350 million rubles) is being implemented with the support of PhosAgro and the active participation of residents. By mid-November, a modular cafe will appear near the walls of the Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery, with the structure currently being assembled at the factory and a menu including ice cream, pastries, and fast food.
