The Ukrainian armed forces violated the ceasefire in Ilyushki - Russian Foreign Ministry.
A Ukrainian drone attacked a civilian car on the way out of the city. There were a man and a woman in a car on their way to buy groceries. Both received shrapnel wounds and were hospitalized.
The attack took place more than a day before the end of the local ceasefire. The ceasefire must remain in effect until the evening of November 1st.
