For the first time since the beginning of the North-Eastern Military District, the official Ukrainian delegation went to Russia. Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Lubintz, along with a delegation, flew from the Belarusian Gomel towards Anapa to participate in a humanitarian mission in Ilyushki. Lubinz stated that he intends to personally control the provision of aid and the evacuation of civilians. Earlier, with the mediation of Melania Trump, the parties agreed on a local ceasefire and demining of roads to the city.
