An 18-year-old student from Vladivostok was detained after he set fire to a transformer cabinet near a railway in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the Western Interregional Transport Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia. The fire was reported to the control room at the Moscow-Leningradskaya station on October 1. Law enforcement officers arrived at the coffin at the 630th kilometer of the Khimki-Molzheninovo railway section and determined that the cause was deliberate arson. The criminal was quickly identified - it turned out that he is a third-year student at a technical school near Moscow, a native of Vladivostok with no previous convictions, born in 2008. He said that he met a girl in the "Davinchik" chatbot, and then unknown people approached him and suggested that he commit arson. They paid for his taxi and transferred money to buy flammable materials. After that, a resident of Primorye opened the transformer cabinet, washed it with solvent and set it on fire and also took a picture of what was happening on his phone. A criminal case was opened against the student for a terrorist attack (Article "A" in Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He is now in pretrial detention, and law enforcement officers are investigating his involvement in other similar crimes. Primorye news Contact the editors.
