A minor resident of Bolshoi Kamen was convicted of false reporting on mining (Part 1 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). This was reported by the United Press Service of the Judicial System of the Primorsky Territory. It turned out that in December the defendant, who was 15 years old, called Kemerovo International Airport via messenger and reported that the building was mined. He explained his action by saying that he wanted to take revenge on the internet user with whom he had a dispute. The presence of explosives was not confirmed, and later the law enforcement officers opened a criminal case and detained the boy. At the trial, he pleaded guilty and repented, but refused to testify, citing Article 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation (the right not to testify against himself and his loved ones). The district court in Shkotovsky found the boy guilty, but considering his age and extenuating circumstances, imposed a fine of only 20 thousand rubles. Primorye news Contact the editors.
