A plot of land with a four-story building built in 1967 at 2 Karl Marx Street in Bolshoi Kamen was put up for sale for 67,589,000 rubles. In the past there was a branch of the Federal University in the Far East here (February). The area of the plot of land is 1.15 dunams, and the building is 3.2 thousand square meters. Initially, the educational complex was a shipbuilding college for ship repair factory workers. In 1997 the institution was transferred to the Far Eastern State Technical University and became the Bolshkansky Technical College, and in 2011 the institution became part of the Far Eastern Federal University and became the first university in Bolshoi Kamen. On April 1, 2020, the factory was closed by the decision of Rosobrandzor. Later, the issue of moving the building to another building of school #2 was considered, but this never happened. Despite the fact that the building has not been used for 6 years, it is in satisfactory condition and includes all services. The building is located in the city center, near the main road and a large park. The documents show that the property can be used as a business office, bank, medical center, shop or hotel. Applications are accepted until November 23rd and the auction will take place on November 27th. To participate, a deposit of 6,758,900 rubles - 10% of the cost must be made. Photo: DOM.
