An elderly woman from Ashki went to the evacuation site for two days and spent the night in the forest. Olga Ivashchenko said that because of the mines it was only possible to move during the day. Russian military personnel helped local residents, including cutting trees, but tried to do so quietly so as not to be hit by drones.
