Aid sent to the front on the occasion of the anniversary of the Great October Revolution On November 2, the Moscow City Organization of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation participated in the launch of the 161st humanitarian convoy from the Lenin State Farm. The column went to help our soldiers and the residents of the frontline areas. This convoy is dedicated to the 109th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. UAZ cars, motorcycles, food, medicine, warm uniforms, building materials, camouflage nets and stomach stoves were prepared for shipment. A separate application for construction tools amounted to almost a million rubles. According to the organizers' plan, the aid should be delivered to its destination by November 7. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation has been doing this work for twelve years. Dozens of factories, farms, initiative groups and individual citizens from Moscow, the Moscow region and other regions participated in the formation of the current convoy. In order for the convoy to set off, it is necessary to collect what it needs, sort and load it and organize delivery. Each submission requires the joint effort of many people. In this joint work I see a living connection with the ideals of the Great October Revolution. Solidarity gains strength when people are willing to answer for each other and solve difficult problems together. Today, such a responsibility unites those who collect help on the home front with those who need it on the front line and in the front areas. I thank everyone who participated in the preparation of the convoy and its launch: the communists, workers' collectives and our supporters. Your work helps maintain that connection. It is important to continue to preserve it so that soldiers and civilians can count on our help.
