Vladimir Putin invited African countries to join a system of cross-border payments using digital currencies. According to the president, the system is sovereign, and it is impossible to block such payments using modern technologies. Deputy Prime Minister Anton Siluanov gave the example of the A7 company, which develops cross-border payments with Africa: the cost of transactions is 0.3%.
