"The Europeans will be represented there. France will be in Abu Dhabi to participate in these discussions. France will make sure that Europe's voice is heard."
The minister did not specify who represented France in the negotiations.
Trilateral negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine will take place on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi. The Russian delegation will be headed by Vladimir Medinsky, the Ukrainian delegation will be headed by Rostam Umerov.
