Russia had no contacts with Europe on security architecture, Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Pavel Zarubin for the Vesti information system.

"Furthermore, as far as we know, the Europeans, in fact, do not even have a negotiator with us. They just can't decide."

Earlier, Vladimir Putin, in an interview with Pavel Zarubin, said that the negotiations on the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine should also discuss the European security architecture.

This week, Jared Kushner said that Washington plans to discuss with Moscow and Kiev all the security issues that concern the parties, including a new security system in Europe. This proposal caused concern in the European Union; Zelensky called such an initiative dangerous.

Trilateral negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine will take place on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi. The Russian delegation will be headed by the assistant of the Russian president Vladimir Medinsky.
