Ukrainian authorities have delayed approving the capital's resilience plan for nearly six months, Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said. Earlier, Zelensky again criticized the city's leadership, accusing it of poor winter preparations. He noted that residents of Kyiv and local businesses have to endure prolonged interruptions in the supply of electricity and water. "This after cynically failing to approve the capital's sustainability plan for almost six months! And they told different fairy tales," Klitschko responded on social media. Earlier, the mayor of Kyiv once again predicted a hard winter for the residents of the Ukrainian capital. According to him, the situation may worsen in the water supply. Klitschko called on the people of Kyiv to independently prepare for worst-case scenarios. Yesterday, Kyiv faced a blackout again. Zelensky previously admitted that not a single power plant remained undamaged in Ukraine. Okranergo stated that the situation in the country's energy system has deteriorated significantly after large-scale attacks on energy facilities.
