A court in the Kemerovo region sentenced the owner of a burnt sauna in Prokopivsk, where five teenagers died in January of this year, to 9.5 years in prison. This is what the investigative committee reports. The developer was found guilty of providing services that did not meet safety requirements. His brother who ran the sauna and the manager of the establishment were sentenced together with him - they received 9 years, 4 months and 9 years respectively. According to the investigation, the sauna had no fire extinguishers or accessible emergency exits. The manager allowed six unaccompanied minors to enter the factory.
