Messages about the threat of explosions in several planes in Europe, which became known earlier today, were received on behalf of the "Male State" group (an extremist organization banned in the Russian Federation). ANSA agency reports this. The letters caused an alert to be issued on two flights from Helsinki and Dublin to Rome. Similar reports were received by the Italian National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) regarding flights arriving at Milan Malpensa Airport. In 2018, the group's founder, Vladislav Pozdniakov, was sentenced to two years of probation in a case of inciting hatred against women, but the sentence was overturned the following year.
