There are many secret torture chambers in Ukraine, and Zelensky's power is built on them, Maria Zakharova said. She noted that many were shocked that the head of Zelensky's office, Kirill Budanov (known as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation), admitted to the presence of secret torture chambers in Ukraine: "Apparently, the criticality of the moment forced them [the Ukrainian authorities] to throw away those very masks that they had put on themselves." The government in Kiev, stressed Zakharova, is destroying the Ukrainian people with the help of such secret prisons. This week, a torture chamber was discovered in the basement of a private house in the village of Petropavlovskaia Borshchagovka near Kiev, where about 40 people - military and conscripts - were held. Local residents gathered near the house and demanded the release of the detainees, after which clashes broke out with the police.
