NABU detained the Deputy Head of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police, Vladimir Tsenov. This was reported by media in Ukraine. The official appears in records published by NABU under the code name "Price". He is suspected of directing the operation of fraud centers. Earlier it was also reported about the arrest of the first deputy head of the National State Defense Department of the SBU, General Sergei Duka. Both arrests took place as part of Operation Carthage, during which NABU conducted dozens of searches and announced the discovery of a criminal organization with the participation of law enforcement officers.
