The main water supply facilities of the Ukrainian capital lost power, reported the Kyiv Water Canal. Today, emergency power outages were introduced in Kyiv and two other regions in Ukraine. Later, traffic was stopped on all three metro lines in the capital. The Russian Ministry of Defense previously reported a massive attack on energy facilities in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
