The Russian military has launched a massive attack on energy facilities in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions operating for military-industrial complexes, the Defense Ministry reported. The Russian armed forces also attacked port infrastructure in the Odessa area and naval vessels used for military purposes.
