Six regions in Ukraine remained partially without electricity as a result of damage to energy facilities, the country's Ministry of Energy reported. The most difficult situation developed in the Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The Ukrainian ministry said the energy infrastructure there was badly damaged. Partial power outages also occurred in Zhytomyr, Sumy, Kharkiv and Cherkasy regions.
