In the Dnepropetrovsk region, the facilities of the energy company DTEK were badly damaged. Much of Dnipropetrovsk and some areas of the region remain without power, DTEK reports. Explosions also occurred in Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv and Kirovograd regions, local media reported.
