Ukraine has suspended attacks on Russian refineries after pressure from the United States, the Wall Street Journal reports. According to the publication, in mid-October Ukrainian units responsible for long-term attacks were ordered to complete operations that had already begun, and then temporarily stop attacks on oil refineries. The unofficial hiatus began last week and is expected to last at least until the November 3 US midterm elections.
