Russia has defined a list of strategic and extremely important installations for protection against terrorist attacks in Kiev. Work is underway to create mobile fire groups to protect against air attacks in all regions, said First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Mantorov. The focus is on the sectors of society, transportation and energy, trade and logistics, information infrastructures and the most significant industrial plants. "In all of these areas, a list of strategic and critically important objects was established, threat models were created, standard solutions were developed for active and passive protection, and requirements were set for resource conservation."
