It is necessary to explain to the owners of catering establishments the benefits of the emergence of a new breakfast category and the financial benefits of offering guests the food they are familiar with, as well as supporting local food producers." The Ministry of Industry and Trade, together with a group for the popularization of Russian cuisine, will also develop a symbol for "Russian breakfast", which can be used to designate a category on the menu and use it in advertising.
